Gay Bowl XXIII - Seattle 2023 is a program managed by United Sports Seattle (USS) on behalf of the Cascade Flag Football Association, Seattle's LGBTQIA+ Flag Football League, and the NGFFL. The winning bid to host the tournament was created by USS, in partnership with the Seattle Sports Commission.
